This was a typical 70’s split entry home in North Seattle that we completely renovated. We removed the existing top floor and roof to reconfigure the dated cut up rooms and low ceilings. We then added an additional 5’ of floor space to give it a much more cohesive look. The home now has an open flowing floor plan with vaulted ceilings. We added additional windows to make it more inviting & airy on those cloudy Seattle days. Finally we added an elevator and ADA accessible patio so the owners will be able to age in place.
