This is an original 80’s era Bellevue home that was completely renovated and reimagined. There is a new primary bedroom, bathroom, and closet addition that was added to the existing home. The clients and the designer were absolutely amazing to work with. We added a covered deck with outdoor heaters and TV. The clients can enjoy this when they BBQ or just want to relax. The results, as you can see in the pics, speak volumes of the team work that brought this to completion.
For the front yard, we incorporated a new ADA ramp that looks cohesive and blends in with the new landscaping. We did this to accommodate the clients' long term needs, as this is their forever home.
