This is a beautiful view condo in downtown Edmonds that we just finished a down-to-studs remodel. The original owners had done nothing since it was built in 1990. The new owners reached out to us to do a complete remodel of the space to update the look and functionality for her lifestyle. Like many homes that were built 35 years ago, we found dry rot under numerous windows and the exterior deck, which we replaced. We then installed new windows and sliding glass doors for the condo. We made sure to do upgraded flashing, etc.. for long-term customer peace of mind and durability.
Once completed, the home was given back to the owner, who was ecstatic with the results! There is nothing more gratifying than a very happy customer.

We made substantial changes to the floor plan in the kitchen, living room, and primary bedroom/bath. These changes can be seen in our before and after pics just below.
Once all the repairs were completed, we installed drywall with a skip trowel finish that brought some much-needed texture to the space. Once this phase was completed, we installed new hardwood floors with a beautiful custom stain picked out by the owner. This complements the rich blue custom kitchen cabinets and bar area, as do the natural stone countertops used throughout the home.
