EDMONDS COMPLETE HOME RENOVATION
BEAUTIFUL & TIMELESS

Just completed this down to studs remodel and addition for some wonderful clients on the waterfront in Edmonds. The original home had great bones but had the typical ’80s cut-up floor plan & exterior. My team and I combined part of the existing exterior covered deck and removed existing walls on the main floor to increase the living area. This allowed us the ability to make a totally open concept kitchen, eating space & living room. We added all new triple pane windows & sliding doors for sound suppression from the train. We enclosed another existing covered deck off the master bathroom and made a beautiful walk-in shower. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with Thermador & Sub-Zero appliances plus a huge island that’s perfect for entertaining. Every bathroom was reimagined with new fixtures, tile, etc. The laundry room was enlarged into a bright and airy space that’s now super functional. Storage was a priority to the clients, so all closets & storage areas have organizers and shelving. As this is my client’s “forever home “, we added an elevator to access all three levels so they never have to move.
