The original home had great bones but had the typical ’80s cut-up floor plan & exterior. My team and I combined part of the existing exterior covered deck and removed existing walls on the main floor to increase the living area. This allowed us the ability to make a totally open concept kitchen, eating space & living room. We added all new triple pane windows & sliding doors for sound suppression from the train. We enclosed another existing covered deck off the master bathroom and made a beautiful walk-in shower. The kitchen is a chef's dream with Thermador & Sub-Zero appliances plus a huge island that’s perfect for entertaining. Every bathroom was reimagined with new fixtures, tile, etc. The laundry room was enlarged into a bright and airy space that’s now super functional. Storage was a priority to the clients, so all closets & storage areas have organizers and shelving. As this is my client's “forever home “, we added an elevator to access all three levels so they never have to move.
