Just completed this distinctive custom home in Holmes Point, Kirkland. This architectural masterpiece sits high on a private lot with a stunning view of Lk Washington. The house has all the latest energy-saving features available from appliances to the HVAC system. The owners wanted to make the energy footprint as small as possible and I believe we succeeded. The design, finishes and execution are just amazing. The upstairs floors and the fireplace wood is 100 year old fir that was salvaged from the original house that was on the lot. This gives the house a warm inviting feel that couldn’t be replicated with today’s product. All and all this was a great project that the owners will be happy with for years to come!
